Excalibur Dehydrator comes with two features that are absolutely necessary (an adjustable thermostat and a fan). Dehydrators without the latter, in our experience, cannot effectively dehydrate and preserve the vital elements of food! The Excalibur Dehydrator also has an optional timer with 24hr flexibility for your convenience.
